03-11 Anjulee bought a 12M EU sub and played for 2 hours. My EU sub ended. I'm not renewing just playing NA. We put in a ticket to get her gametime refunded or xferred to an NA account. GM says too much time has been used. Please help @BlizzardCS you're about to lose a new player
