@bendigobank Just to let you know, I have little tolerance of this ‘automated’ world we are becoming, be it QR codes for ordering a coffee, or speaking to a computer via a ‘chat’ service on websites. Yes I am stubborn, but I expect service when my business is profiting someone else’s!
