@Bell_Support when the heck are you guys gonna reconnect my internet you disconnected by mistake. 4 days in a row , 15 + hours of frustration. Promises to follow up and fix and NOTHING. DO I HAVE TO ORDER NEW INTERNET LIKE A MORON?

@Bell_Support My telephone land line was damaged by a contracter on the side of the house and nobody at a Bell Store, or in India, or on the web seems to be able to take a claim; I have no cell phone, and the internet site less than helpful.

Are you aware since 2022 your internet service is bloking customers to use their MFP Printers to send email with SMTP protocoles thru Bell HUB Routers and nobody seem to care at Bell Canada Support departement to resolve the issue.
@Bell_Support All of them, I tried ringing mobility, tv, mobile each call ends with an automated messages saying that the call center is currently closed?
@Bell_Support why are all your call center lines closed? Can’t get through to an agent. Is there a holiday in Canada at the moment that I’m not aware of?
@Bell_Support I’m in the greater Montreal area, power has been back on for 5 hours but our internet keeps connecting and disconnecting. Tried calling customer support, automated message says over 2 hour wait. When will service be restored?
