@Bell_Support She hadn't received the May 1 message about today's tech visit. Tonight another Bell number left VM about that customer's service on our home phone. That Bell number was call-out only; I tried calling it back. So I made contact with customer. @FayeKatsaros

@Bell_Support One of the Bell employees solved the mystery for me but our home phone number is still getting voice messages for another Bell customer's service. I called the customer and her family member tonight because I was concerned customer was not getting her Bell tech services.
