@IanDMorrison @Bell @ShawDirect 3/ At one point, they decided that it was a hardware problem & they sent us a replacement… Which failed as soon as we hooked it up. #CustomerServiceIsDead

@IanDMorrison @Bell @ShawDirect 4/. Eventually got a tech to come, who immediately identified the replacement unit as a refurb & faulty, & replaced it with a factory-new unit. Been good ever since, but if they had to pay me minimum wage for my time, they would owe me a hefty paycheque. #CustomerServiceIsDead

@ShawDirect dear sirs we have to say it's 2024 and your equipment would be better suited to 1995 take a look South or the UK this is what you when you live in a country with no competition $0 equipment I wonder why?

I don't know if it's @Sportsnet or @ShawDirect that are the reason why all my Sportsnet channels have been going dark the past week.....but it is really fucking annoying. #WhatAmIPayingFor
