@koodo I just switched to your service and now no longer have my number like you said I would. There is no fucking way to get a callback from your useless chatbot. Ready to cancel service and I have only had it 2 hrs. WTF.

@koodo I scheduled a call back support for 3:30 pm PST today. The call came in at 3:45 (no problem), but the Koodo rep sounded kind of suspicious; & it sounded like jungle animals in the background. But the real problem was that he kept putting me on hold for minutes at a time…
