@Bankwest what a disgrace your company is. Your staff speak very very poor English. They can’t deal with any queries. For one of the largest banks in the country it’s shocking how you treat customers. 3 hours on a call to your bank today to have the phone put down on me twice!!!

@Bankwest @mondua5 Why can’t BW customers use commonwealth bank branches + services ? It’s the least you can do for your customers. Doesn’t CB own BW? During the pandemic we were forced to use our cards, cash was deemed COVID spreading, Hence cash usage down.

@eevblog @Bankwest Strange, where I come from we have our own national bank to deal with banks that go rogue like this. A couple fines are usually enough, because the more fines they get the higher chance they have of their rating going down. Why don't you have this in OZ?

Why the hot mess today @Bankwest ?? I was on hold for 15 mins, requested help in the app chat, was told it had to be by phone and current wait time was 7 mins so called again.. 25 mins later, still on hold!
