@Asurion@AsurionCares is the WORST! They sent me a refurbished replacement iPhone with a battery that isn’t meant for iPhones, and since Thursday I’ve spent 10+ hours with them, @Apple , and @ATT being passed back and forth as each company tries to pass the buck.
