@DIRECTVhelp@anne_horton Yeah but you all have continually increased prices for customers while programming has stayed the same and ad time has increased. I don’t get to receive a refund but you can just reneg on your contract with me saying you’ll provide a specific package of channels. @Uverse@ATT
