@Dunconomics @ANZ_AU Not the same because it's transparent and I can pay more to expedite if I choose to. Banks go down for many other reasons, usually not congestion related.

Cancelled a qantas flight.The refund was issued to the original payment method being an ANZ credit card through PayPal. This credit card was closed down at the time of the refund. @Qantas @PayPal @ANZ_AU

Sitting In @ANZ_AU bank One teller running up and down the bank .. one girl standing around helping people with auto teller machines. Took 20 mins waiting and 10 mins to get bank cheque .. ridiculous serviceRelated Services
