@ANZ_AU Just went to make a deposit at a branch. Told there were no human staff to take my cash. Had to stand outside on the street and feed note by note into a machine! Not only is my anxiety going off now but that is terrible from a customer service point of view! Do better!

@ANZ_AU on hold from 8.04 to finally getting connected to a very impatient customer service agent to be told the card maybe or may not be blocked due to technical outage is probably the worst answer one wants to hear . Not acceptable and will be looking at changing banks

@difficultnerd @ANZ_AU My favourite thing about the @ANZ_AU is you go into a branch (if it hasn’t already been closed) to resolve an issue and they direct to a bank of phones so you can sit in their office and wait for someone to answer your call.

it is super annoying to get half the first verse of "You've got the love" by Florence and the Machine then some segment of something awful at phone line quality, over and over and over and over again, @ANZ_AU - which is why every time I call you lose another trust account.
