I assume the reason @ANZ_AU plays the same tinny 90-seconds of the same awful song over and over again when you're on hold is some kind of psychological trick to make me hang up. Sadly I worked in commercial radio in the 1990s so can tolerate crap music on repeat..

@ANZ_AU you need to change your processes. I made a couple of transactions and you blocked my account. Then I had to call and was on hold for 30 min and confirm it was a genuine transaction. If you suspect a fraud transaction, you should be calling me to check instead!!

@ANZ_AU you have quarantined 3 of my transactions in the last 6 days. All of them from my savings account to an external account (also mine). You stopped these transactions without notifying me. You did not release these transactions for 72hrs.

I had a Facebook scammer and managed to extract his mule account. @ANZ_AU it is one of yours. I notified you via chat in the ANZ app but got a lot of bot-looking replies - not sure if a human sees them? Is there a better way to provide the BSB, account number and account name?
