@JodieBrilliant@ANZ_AU@CommBank I’ve made two complaints this year…branches are closing, lines getting longer, fees increasing. In contrast I went into a People’s choice credit union to get some change…super helpful, no lines, good interest & credit card rates too…majors are like Telstra
