@real_lord_miles @Amtrak is about the worst travel experience available in the country. It's less the public onboard and more the rude and generally terrible staff, chronically late trains, broken and dirty bathrooms, cafe cars that close during normal meal times, etc.

@Amtrak Oh you're our normal route, we just tried flying this time. I'm sure they (the airline) is trying but, no thanks. We will stick to the rails for the trip
