@samsutliff @marky_phl @Amtrak Sadly NJ Transit is even less reliable than Amtrak. The last time I took NJ Transit to Newark Airport, they shut the whole system down when I was at Princeton and I ended up having to take a $130 taxi the rest of the way. Such a backward country we live in.

My train was 90 minutes late, which meant moving my 630pm meeting to 815pm but instead of apologies, they’re busy promoting new food service. Do better & be on time; don’t do things that end up delaying people. @Amtrak #Acela huge disappointment today.

@hodlvolk @PhillyGov @Amtrak I would say that the bigger beauty of America for you is that you can be completely full of shit and sell ideas that don’t work anywhere, except to enrich a very small number of assholes, and it’s quite possible you can still be successful and very few people will call you on it.

@PhillyGov @MixMaster9184 @Amtrak Every time I’ve boarded a train there, they have had us come down to the platform before the train arrives, so this can still happen. Redcap is basically the best hack at all stations.Related Services
