Wouldn’t it be faster to take @Amtrak to Richmond even with the train change. Norfolk is about the breaking point for Amtrak vs flying.

@davetroy @Dulles_Airport @Amtrak @wmata If I was riding MARC or Amtrak Northeast Regional, I’d switch at New Carrollton, but I prefer Amtrak super saver fares to keep my points active.

@SofferMatt @Dulles_Airport @Amtrak @wmata Paris -> Belfast -> Dublin -> Geneva/French Alps -> ??? -> Paris I have two weeks vacation to spend- but I’m not certain if i want to go back to Paris after next weekend in the Alps or do a train ride to Lyon or somewhere in the Alsace region before flying home from Paris

Connectivity is key! The Red Line will allow more people in Baltimore to connect with the greater Northeast Corridor via connections to @mtamaryland MARC Penn Line and easy transfers for access to @Amtrak via Penn Station.
