@AmtrakAlerts@Amtrak the cardinal 51 has been on a 5 hour delay for 10 hours now and I’ve received 1….. ONE text saying that “it’s delayed”… what is your problem? Seriously?!?! What is your problem?!?! You have serious customer service, and notification issues.
