@Amtrak decided it was ok to put everyone who was supposed to take the train from Ann Arbor to Chicago (353) on a bus instead. No leg room, no trays, no working bathroom, FILTHY!, no cafe car for those who need to feed children. @Amtrak owes us a refund for their bait and switch.
