@AmericanExpress Really? I was online chatting w a rep about a $55 increase in my annual fee for July, not updated in my card member agreement dated today and after asking how this is possible, I was disconnected?! @CFPB you aware of how @AmericanExpress acts?

Just a friendly PSA to everyone @Citi credit cards are the worst of all cards. @AmericanAir really screwed every frequent flier using them. Having to abandon @AmericanExpress may go down as one of the most disappointing moments of my life haha
