@americanexpress I got mail indicating that my CDs will renew at maturity. Called in, told that they are set up to close at maturity, but I can't get email verification of this. I need something indication that the letter is wrong and my account is right please.

I’ve absolutely had it with @AmericanExpress Platinum Travel. Booked through them repeatedly and get to hotel or airline to find out @AmericanExpress had sent the wrong booking. Hotel or airline blames Amex and refuses to give you the room or seats you’ve booked.

@KingEriik @notcapnamerica I NEVER use third party anything! If I considered doing it, it would only be through @AmericanExpress travel cuz I’ve never had issues with them regarding charges I needed help with nor any product they stand behind. I book direct and make sure to keep confirmation #’s

@AmericanExpress do you really think it is acceptable to charge $695 a year for a charge card and then I have to sit on hold for almost 30 minutes (and counting) for someone to answer my call overseas?
