Saddened to share that after being assured repeatedly by @hotelscomhelp@hotelsdotcom & @fairacreshotel that my refund was approved APRIL 1 after being charged TWICE for a stay in March, today is MAY THIRD & I still have not received a refund to my @AmericanExpress card. #theft
