I felt a tiny bit bad about cancelling my @AmericanExpress card after 37 years, but I haven't seen any tangible benefit in keeping (and, more the point, paying for it) in at least a decade.
Then they refused to refund the membership fee billed to me 3 weeks ago. Feeling good now
