@HeathrowAirport@PlazaPremiumLHR My son was on a connection on 16.04 frm LHR to DEL & got access at the Lounge - T5, 60 mins b4 depart he uses the restroom, comes bk and his bag is missing. Mgr refuses to cooperate. Need help to complain and finding the bag.@AmericanExpress
