@bmiller1027@SadCustomers@AmericanExpress i bought some eyeglasses online once but i couldn't use them. everything was distorted like the prescription was wrong. company refused to accept blame or take returns so i refused to pay but Citi/Visa sided with the merchant. i was forced to pay but i dropped Citi immediately
