@AmericanExpress how do I know which transactions have been approved for Plan It? The statement just shows a refunded amount. The transaction reference is just a long code.

@AmericanExpress your customer service is broken; spent 10 min navigating prompts trying to get me to use chat instead of phone, then immediately connected to a human with no wait past the prompts. This is crappy UX.

Saddened to share that after being assured repeatedly by @hotelscomhelp @hotelsdotcom & @fairacreshotel that my refund was approved APRIL 1 after being charged TWICE for a stay in March, today is MAY THIRD & I still have not received a refund to my @AmericanExpress card. #theft

@AmericanExpress terrible experience with amex belgium: they asked to update KYC-info via the internet. Sounded like a scam so did not react : card blocked without warning

#centurionlounge @AmericanExpress. One would imagine it is a health dept issue when @DFWAirport #centurionlounge restrooms are closed? Guests have to exit the lounge. Is there not a code for that? @TexasDSHS @AmericanAir. Sets the tone for the whole day
