American Airlines is a US airline and has Dallas/Forth Worth International Airport as its largest hub. American Airlines also owns American Eagle, which operates mostly regional flights. American Airlines is in the process of merging with US Airways. This merger is expected to close in the third quarter of 2013.

@AmericanAir Thank you! I totally understand that’s the policy. Just wondering if a supervisor or someone can override the policy, since it’s a little nonsensical to fly out of our way into a storm. Also, PS three spam “supervisor” accounts messaged me after my post asking for my PNR :(.

@AmericanAir I’m an EP with an odd situation. I’m flying MIA-JFK and JFK-LHR tomorrow in First. Travel Alert issued for JFK. But I can’t skip the JFK stop, and take the direct MIA-LHR, because they’re two separate PNRs (long story). Can anyone in the Executive Office help???
