@AmericanAir what a terrible way to end our vacation. AA 874 cancelled because of crew time. Been waiting 1.5 hours for our luggage only to then have to go upstairs and rebook. No one on AA available by phone. Awful. Love being Exec Plat! What a waste.Related Services
