We need an air travelers bill of rights. @AlaskaAir just casually announced while boarding that there’s no WiFi on the flight. From Seattle to Tampa 5+ hours. Middle of the work week. This is criminal

@AlaskaAir I fly with you twice every week and I am deeply concerned that you returned the 737-9 Max to continued service rather than removing to troubleshoot the problem. Removing it from ETOPS shows you knew there was an issue but played the odds. I’ve lost confidence.
