@AlaskaAir itinerary got changed due to 737 issue. New itinerary with flight scheduled 1 day later takes 36 hrs for flight from sfo to austin. Previously, direct flight which just takes 3 hrs. Please get me booked to the direct available flight. Customer care wait time is 3 hrs!
