@ROY29466771@HawaiianAir@AlaskaAir People no longer have to fly from Seattle and Portland down to Los Angeles in order to catch a flight to New York. Alaska took some of the slots they had at JFK after the merger and used those to expand service directly from the Pacific Northwest.
