@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Airtel Fiber Xtream is not working since 3 May 2024. I have lodged complaint on 121. Your Engineer visited and said someone jacked out your fiber cable from the 8 port box installed outside. Again facing same issue since last night.

Hi @airtelindia, what is the process to port my @JioCare Jio number to Airtel. Jio no. I'm using since long... But in Varanasi (UP) Jio network and 5g network services are getting poor and poor... They are giving unlimited 5g for free but since 2 days I'm getting 4g poor network.

Hello @airtelindia, I recently switched from Jio to Airtel, and about 2 hours ago, my Jio SIM's network disappeared. After inserting the Airtel SIM, I haven't been able to get any network signal for the past 2 hours. Can you please assist me with this issue? @Airtel_Presence
