But no one has been able to resolve this till now & my number is still deactivated. I tried contacting the Appellate authority, there’s no response from their side and the mob number given on Airtel website for Appellate Karnataka is invalid @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence (2/3)

Disappointed Other services are able to convert postpaid to prepaid, why @airtelindia is not able to? No proper response and false commitments, we are using 7-8 networks in family since more than a decade, and installed Airtel black without 2nd opinion. Never go for airtel.

Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia . My number is not working and it seems there is some kind of outage in Karnataka. Calls not going nor able to receive any. Kindly get the services restored as soon as possible. These kind of outages aren't acceptable
