@airtelindia I am "airtelblack" customer trying to get a disconnection processed, coz u r not avl at new address for 2 days now. have paid my dues, no call backs promised recd. Absolutely horrible experience.

@airtelindia pathetic service , agent is dumb and refused to help as they can see my connection is working even though I told him that the Wi-Fi adapter is not working and I am temporarily using an old one. Refused to raise a request as well. @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

I have a ticket pending @airtelindia for over 2 days. It just gets transferred from one person to another. Paid for Airtel UPS on Thanks App but it is reflecting as new broadband connection. Can I get a refund pls? #airtelxstreamplay

@airtelindia I am facing extremely poor service for months without any resolution..Every time I hear some different logic from engineers on the issue but ultimately the issue remained same - frequent disconnection, poor speed etc.Related Services
