I wanna be explicit here. I'm not a financial analyst & this is not financial advice but @Airbnb is pretty fucking cooked. I'd sell it if I had it in my portfolio. I'd be buying put options and betting against them right after that.

@Airbnb Then as a property owner there are a lot of fears around owning and renting an @Airbnb due to a rise in coordinated squatting efforts. For many owners, it won't be worth the headache. @Airbnb is only as good as its network of hosts, which is steadily decreasing.

@LeoncioTR @Airbnb Interesting. Also a follow up that @AirbnbHelp did not resolve the issue. They sent me to another support person with 0 knowledge of the issue.
