@Airbnb I know you don’t treat influencers like this — when their Airbnb is a scam you replace it and help them find a new place. You left me ALONE with nowhere to go. I wont even get my refund for 15 days??? How am I supposed to pay RENT???

@Airbnb is a scam. I showed up to my Airbnb and the owner living there was appalled to see their address listed! Airbnb refunded me but did NOT help me find a new place to stay last-minute. I was supposed to stay there for a whole MONTH. Now I have to pay out of pocket to rebook

Is @Airbnb unusable these days? Haven't used in a while (always preferred @bookingcom price transparency), but wanted to give it a try. Tried countless times to book and got no real help from @AirbnbHelp despite my account being ok. Ultimately gave up and back to @bookingcom.Related Services
