When did @Airbnb service go downhill? I literally got lectured by agent that me paying thousands of dollars in service fees on a canceled reservation was justified because it funds exceptional 24/7 service. Then she tried to transfer me to someone, but no one was available

@takealukhere @schlaf @mrJQuimbyS @Airbnb @vrbo The whole emotional support animal is obviously a way to cheat the system. We just state we do not allow animals at all. It sounds like VRBO may be selling access to hosts via booking enquiries. The few times I’ve been spammed via booking requests Airbnb has immediately banned.
