@jakeshieldsajj Rental houses should be slowly done away with. Apartment buildings should be minimized. @Airbnb and @vrbo require clamp down in residential neighborhoods.

@jakeshieldsajj I know a very interesting story about @Airbnb. A man who was wanted in Florida for felony SA charges against a minor. Was arrested under a fake name and was a farm manager/Superhost for Airbnb. To this day there has been no public statement made informing of such.

Like this has happened in NY, FL & LAX. Where these ppl try to Lie and scam their way to make more money off us. @Airbnb if I have to take this up the chain I most definitely will. But something has to be done.

@AirbnbHelp @Airbnb cancelled a reservation ON CHRISTMAS DAY that we had since JUNE because they claim I have a shotty record. A record their vendor cleared three years prior. State of FL, and FBI all provided docs to support. Reservation lost, 4 families in a bad situation
