@airbnb is the worst company ever they support and allow host to scam and take 100% refundable deposits. They keep saying they will resolve the issue in 3-4 hours it’s been 5 days. Resolve this or I will expose the phone calls I’ve recorded.

@AdventuresOTM @jenvanlaar @Airbnb Travel insurance is to protect you in case you have a personal issue that forces cancelation. We shouldn't have to assume the financial risk if there is a problem with the accommodation. By refusing exceptions, Airbnb creates incentives for people to travel in unsafe conditions.

@Airbnb is declining in quality. This is the worst experience I have ever had. I would recommend everyone to look elsewhere.@AirbnbHelp is useless and a poor service. @Airbnb is a platform for short term slum lords in the 2020s.
