@AirbnbHelp@Airbnb I don't understand why there is still no resolution for case number HMC4KBMBZ5 that has been going on since November 17th, after over 10 calls. A guest stayed with us for 4 days but we didn't get paid because of a technical issue on Airbnb's part.
