@AirbnbHelp@Airbnb I've never had a issue with a company so bad, hotels are definitely the better way to go after both experiences I had with them were horrible. Not even offer to take off a cleaning fee after I deep cleaned the house after I was told to do it on email from the house host. BS!!!
