@bchesky@AirbnbHelp After I stayed in an Airbnb that had no hot water, the hosts retaliated against me for making a complaint to Airbnb and filed a $10,000 fraudulent claim. @Airbnb customer service has been useless and just slapped me with a 7,800 bill without doing any investigation.
