@AirbnbHelp Update: they closed our case with no resolution or finding us a new place to stay.. we still have not talked to anyone on the phone about the issue and we had to all cram into 4 hotel rooms because it’s springBreak and everything is booked…… I am soooo disappointed in @Airbnb
