@ACTFibernet I got 100mbps internet connection last Saturday for 3 months and got a router with it. First you guys took your sweet time for the installation till Wednesday and then I find the router you gave has stopped working the same day. Please tell me what to do now.

@geekyranjit @ACTFibernet But what is the real download speeds do we get using such plans.. bcoz just for the speed test it gives us 200 or 300 mb whatever the plan is.. but in real word usage like downloading big games from Play Store I always get like maximum 24mb download speed.. so what is 200 mb?

@CreativeWolf @squeal @ACTFibernet @reliancejio I can't wait until the vast majority of websites and web servers start supporting encrypted SNI. DoH and DoT are prevalent in major browsers and a big step. eSNI will be a big step in the usual blocking cat and mouse game.

@ACTFibernet We lost internet connectivity, TAT time given is 4hrs. Half day, this is the 5th time Internet went down in last 30days. What sort of service is this ?

@ACTFibernet I have got 9, NINE calls today. With the last one right now threatening “proceedings” for non payment. Just stop the fcuking calls!! I DO NOT want to renew my ACT connection. I dont understand why YOU cant understand this.

@ACTFibernet seriously pissed off with these guys. If you’re saying that you are clearing the backlogs because of cyclone. Why in the hell was the internet restored 24 hours after the cyclone was over. I’ve been without internet for 3 days. And your customer support is the worst
