@AbeBooks I bought a "new" (heavy) book, apparently sealed in shrink wrap, paid a hefty fee for int. shipping and duties. What I got was a used book, with visible water damage and more, the dust jacket had been repaired and covered with foil, and I had to pay duties again here...
