@inXile @Xbox I have mine set up for ABXY, except I sacrificed my X button for a shift key, so I can shft+up/down on the d-pad to record clips and screenshots. That being said, @Xbox, put a capture button on the Elite Series 3 would ya?!

@XboxSupport Unbelievable. Just got off the phone with Xbox support. The agent said he sent an email to another agent to tell him to call me to resolve my issue. Instead of helping me he emailed the person that said yesterday he would call me back yesterday. So, neither person wanted help.

@XboxGamePass Is there a way to contact Microsoft support directly? I called in earlier for an issue upgrading game pass, they assured me i would not be charged, and I was charged. Then I called in, the agent said I needed to fill out an online form that does not exist, and hung up on me @Xbox
