@WOW_WAY EVERY SINGLE DAY, MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY LOSING INTERNET FOR OVER A WEEK!!!! We pay over 200 $ a month, pay for sports surcharge we DON'T WATCH sports! We pay for strange made-up fees, basic cable, basic internet that never reaches speed we are supposed to have!! FED UP!!!

Any suggestions on good ISPs (fiber isn't available) because @WOW_WAY decides to not send bill issue notifications to their customers for a full month and then unenroll them from autopay and shut their service off

@WOWCare @WOW_WAY losing a 20 year customer in Michigan today! You refuse to fix your network, keep sending 3rd party techs when a maintenance tech is required. Over sold the area, internet is so laggy. Advertise 50mb upload when 10 is realistic before lagging. - Ferndale mi.
