@GoDaddyHelp Apologies. GD registered the site but is hosted by @Wix. I've tried submitting a complaint online but the site won't complete the report. Instead, it continues to "look for information." Not seeing any option to call or email the report either.

@Wix you guys took $418 from me and caused my PayPal account to be locked causing a domino effect with my other outstanding bills and nobody helped. You literally said my payment was “up In the air” I did everything you told me to do plus I was patience but y’all were complacent

@Wix I have been extremely patient and was in contact with several representatives for nearly a month since December 8th when I had done a chargeback but didn’t know the consequences of it, I just needed the money back to prevent an overdraft. It’s been more than 20 days since!

@wix It’s been more than the proposed 20 business days that your so called system takes to investigate the chargeback & process refund requests. My original claim was made November 30th and since then NOTHING has been resolved. YOU TOOK MY MONEY AND MY WEBSITE DOWN W/ no solution

When I called @Wix back they said that it’s “out of their hands” and that @PayPal has control of the situation and that they’re in charge. When I called PayPal , they told me the same thing about Wix. Like make it make sense!

When I found out about the charge @wix told me to do a refund request (which I did) since it was within the 14 business day window to do so. The representative told me it could take between 6-12 business days for the case to be reviewed. I did the request Nov 30th.

I wanted to keep this to myself but I find it extremely disappointing how both @wix and @paypal have been giving me the runaround when it comes to issuing me a refund for a charge to my website, which is currently down, and I’m unable to send out my end of the year newsletter.Related Services
