@Wix are you able to assist me? A customer has @GoogleWorkspace for you as a business, however they are a school and need to convert them to a @GoogleEducation tenant. I have tried contacting you via email, but no response.

@Wix @Jaysmyth126 I’ve received my billing renewal email and seen the same thing. I’m now currently looking at alternatives to host my website because this is ridiculous and there’s no way to actually contact anyone in billing at @Wix to discuss. I’ve seen no upgrades or changes of benefit??

@danielleweisber @Wix I would think they would refund it for future business from you, friends, and family. Even if they charge a fee for the extra time. Automatic Renewal is supposed to be for the customer. If anything they can make room on their servers for new customers. It shouldn’t be a gotcha.
