Appreciate the stand taken by @WhatsApp Whats App. Privacy & Encryption must not be fittered away to enable an Orwellian state. Same kudos to @Apple as well for resisting pressure and alerting people about pegasus attempted intrusions !

Something I still don't like about WhatsApp is the proper 1 sec delay in getting your spoken words completely reach the person on other side and same from the other side too! I mean the Telegram calls are also encrypted but why only WhatsApp is affected! @WhatsApp

There’s no issue whatsoever with the phone - I am receiving text messages from everybody apart from @WhatsApp. There has to be a problem with their servers only. What is sad is that it’s been three days now, and my father still hasn’t been able to use his new phone.
