Once again, @Westpac is doing its best to put business customers off-side. Their system tells me a new security token has been sent, none has arrived, and I am locked out of my account so I cannot make payments. I sent a complaint immediately: 1 week later no response.

@Westpac I went to open a bank account because I’m told I have to do it person after trying online. They said too busy to help me this week. Not even a sorry or an attempt to help when I said it had to be today. As a customer of 20 years, not good enough. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

@Westpac How come your automatic payments (like paying my mortgage) don’t happen on public holidays? Means I’ve paid more interest doesn’t it?
